At Kriptronix, we maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. As a policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, if a product is found to be damaged during unboxing or testing at the time of delivery, we will provide a replacement for the same item.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • Only damaged or defective products reported at the time of delivery are eligible for replacement.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof.
  • The product must remain in its original packaging, with all accessories and invoice intact.

2. Non-Replaceable Items

  • Products that are not reported as damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling after unboxing.
  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Customized or specially ordered products.

3. Replacement Process (In Case of Damage at Delivery)

  • Email us at support@kriptronix.com within 24 hours of delivery with order details, images, and videos showing the damage.
  • Once verified, a replacement unit will be arranged for dispatch.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed if the product is found to be defective or non-functional during unboxing or initial testing.
  • Customers must request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery, providing valid proof of damage.
  • A replacement unit will be sent after verification.
